Mexican tribunal creates committee to investigate students' disappearance

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - A Mexican tribunal ordered on Monday the creation of an independent commission to investigate the disappearance of 43 students in southern Mexico nearly four years ago, citing shortcomings in the federal prosecutor's investigation.
