Venezuela's Maduro grants oil bloc to central bank to boost reserves

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Wednesday announced that he was granting an oil concession bloc in the vast Orinoco heavy crude belt to the nation's central bank as a way of boosting its international reserves.
