Saudi Arabia Admits Journalist is Dead, Expresses 'Deep Regret'

Saudi state-run media is reporting that  Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi was killed in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul in a quarrel and that the "kingdom expresses its deep regret" over his death.
