Trump wins dismissal of wine bar's unfair competition lawsuit

A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit by the owners of a Washington, D.C., wine bar who accused President Donald Trump of unfair competition for operating a nearby hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue.
