For those in Nairobi Kenya, 40 per cent of vehicle insurance policies exists only on paper. Most times, it could be fake. In Rwanda, insurance is mandatory as a means to reduce fraud in the sector, certificates are issued by the government with a code that can be verified by the police using smart devices. All these are slightly different in Ontario Canada, there, motorists are among those paying the highest premium on insurance coverage.
